This was the fourth Real Estate transaction you have conducted for me. Once again you diligently made sure that every aspect of the transaction was carried out correctly and my interests protected. Once again you were able to find a qualified buyer for one of my properties. My time is very important to me and you never waste my time with unqualified buyers. Your communication throughout the transaction is always excellent and I love the written updates you send.

Your marketing plan for each property has always been spot on, getting out the information to the right prospective buyers. Out of state investors, families relocating, or local buyers, you always find the right customers.

When we were looking for a new home in an extremely active market, we were approached by a number of realtors who initially appeared to have our interests at heart. Yet as we toured the few homes that realtors presented but we found on the internet, it became evident that their interests were more invested in the bottom line, in a very hot market.
